your mission
do you enjoy being on the go, working independently, and tackling technical challenges? then join our team and support our customers and branches with professional service related to our high-pressure waterjet technology.
performing maintenance work on professional waterjet systems, pumps, and accessories
troubleshooting, commissioning, and service calls both in the workshop and on-site at the customer’s location
preparing, issuing, and returning equipment from our rental fleet, as well as providing technical support, including customer training
providing technical support for product demonstrations, project assignments, training sessions, and telephone customer support
independently planning, documenting, and organizing service calls, as well as supporting our branch offices
your talent
completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, or equivalent
good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems; ideally, experience servicing technical equipment
independent, organized, and customer-oriented work style with strong technical understanding
willingness to travel extensively within bavaria and austria, as well as a class b driver’s license (class be is a plus)
proficiency in using digital tools and good written and spoken german skills
