you are responsible for international recruiting for various specialist areas
you work closely with managers - from analysing requirements to successful recruitment
you actively search for the best talent - via job boards, social media, networks and creative sourcing channels
you develop modern recruiting strategies and contribute fresh ideas
you manage external partners and negotiate contracts with a clear eye for the essentials
your talent
you have sound experience in international recruiting
you are confident in selection procedures, interview techniques and love to recognise potential
you understand technical contexts and have a genuine interest in innovative products
you enjoy travelling - approx. 30% (usually 2-3 days at a time)
you speak fluent German and very good English - other languages are a plus
