your mission
we are looking for reinforcement for our subsidiary uhp parts gmbh in lonsee. uhp – stands for “ultra high precision”. for over 30 years, we have been manufacturing complex, high-precision components from a wide variety of materials for leading companies in the automation, special-purpose machinery, and mechanical engineering industries.
programming cnc lathes according to drawings
independently setting up and tooling cnc lathes
manufacturing individual parts, small batches, and production runs
quality control during production
maintenance of cnc lathes
optimization of production processes in coordination with production management
if suitable, internal training in cam programming and measurement technology using a 3D coordinate measuring machine
your talent
completed training in the metalworking field; career changers with experience in turning are also welcome
experience in cnc turning, ideally with fanuc controls
familiarity with standard measuring tools
experience working from drawings
good command of german is necessary
