fleet / automotive technician (m/f/d)
your mission
you ensure that our fleet is always ready for use, safe, and in perfect technical condition. through your professional maintenance and repairs, you play a key role in preserving the value of our vehicles and equipment, while helping to reduce external repair costs.
independently performing maintenance, repairs, and servicing on our fleet, as well as on forklifts, tow trucks, aerial work platforms, and other equipment.
carrying out service tasks such as oil changes, brake service, wheel changes, tire installation, as well as vehicle care and detailing.
organizing the workshop, ordering replacement parts, and ensuring smooth workshop operations.
preparing for and conducting uvv inspections, tüv inspections, as well as transfer and factory test drives.
assisting with project preparation and collaborating across departments in the facility and service areas.
your talent
completed training as an automotive mechanic/mechatronics technician, automotive technician, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification—ideally with a master craftsman’s certificate.
extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of vehicles, trailers, and hydraulic systems.
an independent, structured approach to work, along with a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
technical understanding combined with a business-minded perspective when collaborating with external service providers.
flexibility, a hands-on approach, and a willingness to provide support across departments.
fluency in german and a good command in english are required,
