deputy head of quality assurance (m/f/d)
your mission
assisting the department head with day-to-day operations
ensuring product and process quality
handling complaints and implementing sustainable remedial measures
optimizing processes, inspection plans, and quality standards
working closely with production, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and suppliers
helping out in the metrology lab when things get “tight”
your talent
technical training with further education leading to a technician or master craftsman certification
further education in the field of quality management/quality assurance (at least qmb certification) is also required
at least 5 years of experience in qm/qs at a manufacturing company
experience with complaint management, initial sampling, audits, and incoming goods inspections
proficient in using erp systems (ideally ms dynamics 365 bc) and ms office
experience in managing employees is a plus
very good german and good english language skills required
