your mission
we are seeking a full-time or part-time administrative assistant with a well-rounded skill set and flexible scheduling for our subsidiary in lonsee-luizhausen
serve as the central administrative liaison between uhp parts and falch
process orders and maintain master data in the erp system
purchase materials and outsourced services, including tracking deadlines
support with production planning and manufacturing orders
goods receipt/shipment, inventory management, and delivery notes
review and approval of invoices
central point of contact for phone and email
your talent
completed business training
experience in order processing, purchasing, or production
proficient in using erp and microsoft office
organized, reliable, and assertive
hands-on approach and ability to see the big picture
excellent german language skills required
