your mission
you develop and maintain our existing business applications based on hcl notes (domino designer, lotuscript, formula language, java)
you work within an established system landscape with legacy components and ensure that our applications run reliably and continue to evolve in a meaningful way
you analyze requirements from business departments and implement them pragmatically – ranging from minor adjustments to new features
a portion of your work involves direct application support (approx. 30–40%), where you analyze issues, identify solutions, and continuously improve the systems
you contribute your own ideas, challenge existing solutions, and enhance processes and applications where it makes sense
you are involved in the gradual evolution of our system landscape (e.g. integration via apis as well as selective use of .net / c#)
your talent
you have completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, software development, or a comparable qualification
you have solid experience in development with hcl notes / domino and are comfortable working in domino designer
you are proficient in lotuscript and formula language, ideally also java within the notes environment
you have experience working with established or legacy systems and take a pragmatic approach to existing structures
you have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming
knowledge of .net / c# is an advantage, as well as an interest in more modern technologies and integration approaches (e.g. apis, json)
experience with version control (e.g. git) is helpful, but not required
you work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner – even when requirements are not fully specified
you communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented way with business stakeholders and within the team (in german and english)
