cnc-milling cutter / measurement technician (m/f/d)
your mission
for our subsidiary in lonsee-luizhausen, we are seeking a full-time cnc milling machine operator
with experience in measurement technology
setting up, configuring, and operating 3-axis and 5-axis cnc milling machines according to customer drawings and cad models
correcting and optimizing cnc programs on cnc milling machines
manufacturing of individual parts, small batches, and production runs
quality monitoring during production and performing dimensional inspections using standard measuring equipment
independent tool selection and management
operating and programming a wenzel 3d coordinate measuring machine
your talent
completed training as a machining technician, toolmaker, or equivalent, with experience in metrology
experience in cnc milling, ideally with heidenhain controls
experience in operating, setting up, and programming 3d measuring machines is desirable
ability to read and interpret technical drawings
proficiency in using standard measuring and testing equipment
good german language skills required
