your mission
for our subsidiary in lonsee-luizhausen, we are seeking a full-time cnc milling machine operator
with experience in cam-programming
setting up, configuring, and operating 3-axis and 5-axis cnc milling machines according to customer drawings and cad models
cnc programming of milled parts in solid cam and directly on the machine (heidenhain tnc 640)
manufacturing of individual parts, small batches, and production runs
quality monitoring during production and performing dimensional inspections using standard measuring equipment
independent tool selection and management
your talent
completed training as a machining technician, toolmaker, or equivalent
experience in cnc milling, ideally with heidenhain controls
experience in cam programming is desirable; opportunities for further training as a cam programmer are available
ability to read and interpret technical drawings
proficiency in using standard measuring and testing equipment
good german language skills required
