your mission
are you looking for new challenges as a production supervisor, foreman or master craftsman in the production department? then come to falch! as a production supervisor in our production team, you will help to manufacture high-quality machine components and products. together, we ensure that production runs efficiently and with quality awareness so that our customers are satisfied.
- provide technical guidance to small working groups
- organise and monitor assigned work groups
- maintain and improve work group performance through continuous review and improvement
- manufacture machine components and products
- check products for quality and functionality
- contribute ideas to improve work processes and efficiency
- ensure compliance with various specifications
- apply specified working methods and processes
- pass on knowledge to new colleagues for familiarisation purposes
- collaborate on projects with other departments
your talent
- completed training in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
- many years of experience in machine production
- several years of industry experience
- good knowledge of german for communication in working groups
- experience in working with erp systems, at best microsoft dynamics nav
- good knowledge of simple android software and microsoft office
- ability to work in a team and respectful interaction with others
- independent and diligent way of working
